Jennifer at Home Strawberry Pie Recipe:

1, 3 oz. box of Jell-o, Strawberry
Water 2/3 c. boiling
1/2 c. ice
1/2 c. ice water
9" Graham cracker crust
2 c. (8 oz.) Cool Whip Topping

Directions:
Place Jell-o in a heat proof bowl, add in the boiling water and stir until dissolved.
Stir in the ice and ice water and stir. Chill in refrigerator no more that 20 minutes as you cut up the strawberries in to little chunks.
Add Cool Whip to the Jell-o and mix well. Fold in the strawberries and pour mixture into the crust. Smooth the top and chill several hours, or over night. Add topping and a decorative strawberry to the top before serving.
