Today, I'll be showing you how to make "Lemon Steamed Bread." This is a refreshing steamed bread recipe that can be easily made in a frying pan using pancake mix. It has a fluffy and moist texture and a refreshing taste with a burst of lemon flavor! It's perfect for a snack or breakfast, and it can also be frozen, making it convenient for meal prepping. ■材料（6個分）
・ホットケーキミックス 150g
・牛乳 90ml
・砂糖 大さじ1｜大さじ2
・卵 1個
・サラダ油 大さじ1
・水 大さじ2
・レモン 1個

■作り方
1.レモンを半分に切り、半分は絞り、半分は薄く小さくカットする。
2.フライパンにレモン・砂糖・水を入れ火にかけ、沸騰させ水分を飛ばし冷ます。
3.卵を溶きほぐし、砂糖・サラダ油・牛乳・レモン汁・ホットケーキミックスの順に加え、その都度よく混ぜる。
4.容器に生地を入れ、②をのせる。
5.フライパンの底から1cmほどの湯を沸かし、容器を入れ蓋をして弱中火で10分蒸し完成。

■ingredients
・150g Pancake mix
・90ml Milk
・1 tbsp, 2 tbsp Sugar
・1 Egg
・1 tbsp Vegetable oil
・2 tbsp Water
・1 Lemon

■Instructions
1. Cut the lemon in half. Squeeze the juice from one half, and thinly slice the other half into small pieces.
2. Put the lemon, sugar, and water in a frying pan, bring to a boil, evaporate the water, and let it cool.
3. Beat the eggs, then add the sugar, vegetable oil, milk, lemon juice, and pancake mix in that order, mixing well after each addition.
4. Pour the batter into a container and top with the lemon slices from step ②.
5. Boil water to about 1 cm from the bottom of the frying pan, place the container in the pan, cover, and steam over low to medium heat for 10 minutes.
