According to CodePink co-founder Medea Benjamin, last month the Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control sent an administrative subpoena via email to the other co-founder, Jodie Evans.

But it wound up in her spam folder. Oops.

In the subpoena, OFAC is seeking a lot of information from Codepink regarding their visit to Cuba.

"Approximately 170 people participated in the convoy... the scope of the inquiry could require organizers to account for the activities of every participant."

Those participants include Jodie Evans and Hassan Piker.

Shortly after the inquiry was sent, the State Department sanctioned several of the groups that CodePink worked with on their recent trip to Cuba for being Marxist and Communist radicals who work to undermine the United States.

Additionally, DOJ unsealed charges against former Cuban President Raúl Castro and five Cuban pilots for their roles in the 1996 shootdown of two civilian planes flown by Miami-based exiles. Four people were killed.

Will we soon see an indictment against CodePink?

Will the inquiry lead all the way to CodePink's major financier, husband to co-founder Jodie Evans, and asset of the Chinese Communists—Neville Roy Singham?
