20-Min Restorative Yoga for Nervous System Reset | THE YOGA METHOD | #nervoussystemregulation #yoga
リアクション
2026年04月05日
In this 20-minute restorative yoga practice, we slow everything down — using breathwork, gentle mindful movement, and moments of beautiful stillness to regulate your nervous system and return your body to a state of calm.
The physical focus is your spine and hips — two of the areas where we hold the most tension — with slow, intentional movements designed to create space, ease, and deep release.
This practice is perfect for:
✦ Stress, anxiety, or overwhelm
✦ Days when you feel depleted or overstimulated
✦ Supporting your nervous system while creating spinal and hip mobility
✦ Winding down after a busy day
✦ Complementing your strength or vinyasa practice with deep recovery
Thank you for being here,
Kathy🩷
