“But don’t you just gain back all the weight you lost once the deficit ends?” 🧐
No! That doesn’t have to be the case - BUT, you do need to know how to exit your deficit with a proper reverse diet.
My client, Karen, lost 20lbs in her calorie deficit with me, which ended 8 months ago, at 1715 calories a day.
And now, 8 months later, she’s STILL 20lbs down but now, she’s increased her calories to 2350 a day!! 😮
That’s because, via good quality training and a properly executed reverse diet, her metabolism has continued to adapt to the higher calories.
Meaning - her maintenance level calories have continued to increase. 📈
This is exactly what I do with my clients to have them lose fat, tone up and maintain those results for good while eating a ton of food. 😏
⬇️ If you’re ready to learn how to do this yourself, comment “PHASES” and I’ll send you over my YouTube that breaks down exactly how to move between reverse dieting and cutting for your best ever results. 🔥
