テレビでやっていた赤羽のある名店のキャベ玉。Stir-fried cabbage and egg of a famous tavern in Akabane that was on TV.先日、実際に行って食べてきました。まさに絶品！！The other day, I actually went there and ate it. It's really excellent!!
日本酒の量や玉子の数は、キャベツの量によって調整してください。Please adjust the amount of sake and the number of eggs according to the amount of cabbage.
とにかく、キャベツの重さ×0.008=塩の量がポイントです！（テレビでは、塩の量は情報なしでした。）Anyway, the weight of the cabbage x 0.008 = the amount of salt is the point! ( There was no information on the amount of salt on TV.)
