Date night dumplings!
1 lb ground pork or chicken
2 garlic cloves, grated or minced
1 egg
1/2 - 1 tsp ginger, grated or minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 cup green onion
black pepper
2 tsp corn starch
1 cup Napa cabbage (salted to wilt and draw out water)
