Alaska State Troopers (AST) used a surfboard to rescue a teenager who fell through the ice on a lake in Kodiak, Alaska, on Sunday, April 19.

This footage, released by AST, shows trooper Anthony Will using a surfboard to get the teen out of the water. In the video, the boy can be seen briefly standing up out of the water, before falling through again.
