A major terror plot targeting Delhi has been foiled, with two suspects arrested in a joint operation by the Delhi Police Special Cell and Maharashtra ATS in Mumbai. The accused, identified as Mossab Ahdam and Mohammad Hamad Kollara, are believed to have links with terror organisations including ISIS and Jaish-e-Mohammed. Investigators say the duo was in advanced stages of planning an attack using a remote-controlled toy car packed with explosives, a tactic aimed at bypassing security checks and targeting crowded areas.
