During the SOAR 26 military exercise in Poland, Polish and American forces tested the Flowcopter FC-100, a heavy-lift AI-assisted drone designed to evacuate wounded soldiers from dangerous areas. The aircraft can transport human-weight casualties, operate in harsh weather conditions, and stay airborne for up to six hours using a gas-powered hydraulic system. Officials say the drone could also support logistics missions including the delivery of medical supplies, blood products and essential equipment to troops in the field. The exercise also included testing of AI-assisted medical technology and monitoring systems designed for extreme conditions.
