2️⃣ Ground Your Busy Thoughts —— Learn why one small detail in Child’s Pose or Half Tortoise — your forehead making contact with the mat — does the heavy lifting for stress relief. This gentle inversion engages your parasympathetic nervous system and physically grounds your busy thoughts down into the earth.
3️⃣ How To Stretch Your Brain —— My favorite tip for turning down mental noise. A fully supported forward fold gently stretches the connected line of tension that runs from the top of your scalp all the way down to your heels — and the more you can let go, the more your mind lets go right along with it.
