As HSPs and neurodivergent people, many of us carry unexpressed grief from years – even decades – ago. When it surfaces, it can feel overwhelming... But it can also be a sign that we’re finally strong enough to feel it – and let go.

In this video I share my recent experience of deep grief – including a memory I’d buried for 40 years – and how I’ve finally been allowing myself to feel it without shutting down. I talk about the impact of generational trauma, the long-term effects of pushing kindness away, and the grounding practices that have helped me move through this time with more compassion for myself than ever before.

Whether you’re currently in the middle of your own grief, or you’ve felt the stirrings of old pain returning, I hope this feels helpful – and a reminder that you’re not alone, and that nothing lasts forever.
