You’re not broken but you do probably need more alone time and regulation than most. I’ve made a basic building blocks map of the most common regulation tools that are science backed and peer-reviewed gold standards for nervous system resetting. This is simple basics. And guess what, they’re great! But they don’t quite hit the mark when you’re severely dysregulated or highly sensitive person who is too overstimulated to sit and watch their breathing, which can cause more anxiety and dysregulation. I’m currently toy building something bear and dear to my heart that covers all the bases that I’ve learned, I needed outside of the box of the peer-reviewed standards.
