As a Sensitive this one word can hold a lot of energy.
No.
When I began practicing saying no it took everything in me not to explain my no.
The because x or y was strong.
Now I love a good no.
It allows me to place my energy where I know it can be most supportive to myself and others.
Plus it allows others to know what my sensitive soul is aligned to.
It may feel hard at the beginning but it creates freedom for you and the people in your life when you claim this
