Idk if i have good mental health advice, i still have mental health issues like 99% of people , i think i did the hardest part now i’m much better, I still have some meds that i take but nothing too crazy.

It’s hard to say how i got better, it’s a combination of things.
Most important things is that i didn’t stop doing things, as long as u keep on moving, you will discover new things that can change you. Bcs mental health isn’t a 2+2 = 4 problem right, it’s very random and illogical. This channel for example helped me gain confidence in my creativity, So it makes me thing « hey i am strong in this field ! «  u know. Anxiety is mostly solved by confidence and acceptance and there is no medecine for it, u just have to fuck it we ball till it becomes natural
