In this healthy lifestyle vlog, I take you through a day of slimming friendly meals/high protein low calorie meals showing you how I create easy weight loss recipes that taste amazing.

If you're wondering how to lose weight or if you're looking for some easy recipes for breakfast, or easy recipes for lunch and dinner or maybe you want some inspiration for some healthy eating habits, then this weight loss food diary video is for you. I love including lots of fruits, vegetables and lean protein to create yummy high protein recipes that are also perfect for meal prep for weight loss.

On this episode all of the meals happen to be vegetarian/pescatarian and the whole day came to around 1600 calories and 101g of protein.

Remember everyone's definition of healthy is different so this is what works for me for weight loss and to feel good 🥰

RECIPES

Fresh salsa

a handful of baby tomatoes
1/2 cucumber
bunch of coriander (1-2tbsp)
1 tsp olive oil
squeeze of half lime
salt & pepper

Creamy tuna
1 tin of tuna
1 tbsp greek yogurt (or light mayonnaise)
a bunch of chives
1/4 onion

Serve with rice, greens and top with sriracha mayo.
