The "Reimagine the UN Together" initiative was a UN system-wide ideation and crowdsourcing challenge aimed at sharing, innovating, and scaling solutions to common business challenges arising from the COVID-19 crisis. This initiative sought to contribute to a more resilient and agile UN.

Eighty-five teams of innovators submitted their ideas and received support from mentors and coaches, along with workshops covering essential themes such as idea validation, business model innovation, prototyping, development roadmaps, stakeholder management, and effective pitching. The initiative culminated in the Dragon's Den event in November 2020, where senior managers across the UN system endorsed key projects.
