Hiya Everyone, Welcome to my frugality channel called Skint Living UK, today I am talking about the ways I save money with DIY and DIY materials such as paint and wood such as skip diving / dumpster diving, picked up from the street, dumped by the bins and thrift stores / charity shops. I picked up a freebie today and will use it in my Dark Academia living room makeover but I also go online to find free items, offers, discounts and I use cash back apps to save money too. I think frugality goes hand in hand with sustainability as both need us to reuse or repurpose items rather than buying new plus older things tend to be made better. Me and my grown up son live on small budget of £800 per month in total, so we have a frugal life my goal is to get rid of my one last debt and to renovate the house as I want to put it up for sale so I can downsize. My son's main goal is to save up money for a deposit for his own home.
