EASY CHICKEN MEAL PREP👩🏼🍳🍗 I love the flavor of sweet pork but I’m more of a chicken girly so this recipe is my GO TO🤤 marinade recipe below👇🏼 • 2 1/2 cups brown sugar • 1 cup ketchup • 1 tbsp mustard • 1/2 tsp cinnamon • 10 dashes Tabasco • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar • 3 tsp salt • 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce • all your chicken broth Bring to a boil & mix over your cooked shredded chicken✨ ps I like to split this into 3-4 baggies and freeze it for easy meal prep.
