Ippo vs. Sawamura is number 4 on my list of the best fights from the anime version of Hajime no Ippo.

Sawamura had specifically studied the Dempsey Roll and seemed to have the perfect counter for Ippo. But Ippo had been training to evolve his signature technique, with help from Volg Zangief.

The result is one of the most brutal and memorable fights in the anime, pushing Ippo's boxing and the Dempsey Roll to a completely new level.
